Yes, classes started back this week so I’m trading time in the kitchen for time at school. I had so much fun over break with my new Cuisinart food processor that I’m vowing to make more time for all-things-culinary this semester - a New Year’s resolution of sorts. The good thing about being back in school is that it gives me time to ponder things gastronomic, so what I lose in culinary preparation I gain in culinary contemplation. It doesn’t taste as good but, hey, taste is so subjective anyway!
